Hi, I’m Heather! After 20+ years in the industry, I created The Foundry Studio in Denver because I wanted to create something unique—warm, thoughtful, a bit daring, and deeply connected to the art. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS To best serve our clients and staff, we require at least 48 hours' notice — by phone, text, DM or email — to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking those time slots, which is why we take this policy seriously. A credit card is required on file to book any appointment. The following charges apply based on the notice provided: Fee Structure More than 48 hours' notice: No charge. Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the booked service value. Less than 24 hours or same-day: 100% of the booked service value. No-show (zero notice): 100% of the booked service value. RESCHEDULES Reschedules with 48+ hours' notice: Deposit transfers to the new appointment. Reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice: Deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook. Second reschedule request (any notice): Deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required. DEPOSITS & RETAINER Please note the following: All deposits are non-refundable. Retainers are also non-refundable under all circumstances. Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment if 48 or more hours' notice is given. Reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. LATE ARRIVAL Please let us know as soon as possible if you're running behind — we always appreciate the heads up. We'll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please be aware: Late arrivals may result in an adjusted or shortened service to respect the time of the client after you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to a late cancellation fee. Your time matters to us — and so does everyone else's.

I’m a Denver hairstylist with over 20 years of experience and the owner and lead stylist of The Foundry Studio in Denver. But behind the chair and beyond the business, I’m a wife, a mom of three daughters — one with special medical needs — and a dog mom who probably spends more time in the sun than she should (no regrets). I’m equal parts obsessed with skincare and pizza, which I’ll tell you is a perfectly balanced lifestyle. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me deep in a good book or soaking up every bit of vitamin D I can get. I built The Foundry as a place where skill is taken seriously and people feel genuinely cared for — because that’s exactly how I move through the world.
